In the app
Open the Elite Valet app, go to Account, then My data requests, and choose Delete my account. We send a code to your phone or email to confirm. You can follow the request in the same place.
Without the app
Use Contact us, choose Elite Valet, and write that you want your account deleted. Give the phone number or email you used in the app. The Elite Valet team will contact you on that phone or email to confirm it is you, then handle the request.
What is deleted and what is kept
Your sign-in, profile, saved cars and messages are removed. Records a company must keep by law, such as receipts, payments and incident reports, are kept for the required time and are no longer linked to your profile where possible. The privacy policy explains the details.
