Quick start
Ten short steps from your first sign-in to your first day with cars. Each step opens the right page; the "?" on every page explains more.
Your first sign-in
Open the invitation link you received, type the code sent to your phone or email, and choose your own password (at least 12 characters). Managers then add the authenticator app: scan the code and type the 6 numbers. Accept the company terms once. Never share your password or codes.
Branch ready?
On the Overview page, Branch ready? lists each branch. A red cross means something is missing: tap Fix to open the page that solves it. When every line is green, staff can receive cars.
Add your staff
Open Staff access, tap Add staff, and enter the name, phone or email, job and branches. Send the invitation link to that person yourself; it works for 24 hours. Valets and cashiers then work in the Elite Valet Staff app.
Prices and the price sign
Open Parking prices, tap Add price, choose the branch, type, currency and amount, check the examples and save. Then open Price sign, choose the language and print it for the desk. Print it again after any price change.
Shifts
Plan shifts on the Staff access page. Use Plan faster to repeat a shift every week or copy last week. Staff start and end their shift in the app. Hours worked shows each person’s week.
QR tickets and paper slips
Customers without the app scan the QR code the valet shows them to open their ticket on their phone. To also hand out numbered paper slips, switch on Paper claim slips in Company settings; staff type the slip number. On a car’s page, Print claim slip prints its slip. Keep numbered slips and key tags ready for internet outages.
A normal day
Valets: Accept, drive, park, take the photos, hang the keys. For a return: Accept, bring the car, hand it over, take the cash. Supervisors watch Today: requests come first, and Give to valet sends one to a free valet. Customers ask for their car in the app or on their ticket.
Cash and deposits
Staff hand their cash in My cash to a supervisor, who counts it and confirms. At the end of the shift, Cash counts checks what each person holds. Supervisors then put the cash in the company cash box or the bank in Deposits and print the deposit slip.
Reports and accountant files
Open the Money report and choose the dates. Under Files for the accountant, download the Ledger, Payments or Expenses. The Service summary shows cars, waiting times and staff work for the same days.
Getting help
Every page has a "?" at the top that opens the guide for that page. A small ⓘ next to a field or button explains it. If something is still unclear, ask the Elite Valet team that set up your company.
Find records
Use Search to find a name or reference in the permitted list. Choose Show to narrow the results; Dates adds an optional date range. Find searches all results before pagination. Clear filters restores the list while keeping the selected company and existing page controls. Search does not search private message or review text. The normal service priority remains unchanged. Date ranges use the platform display time; invoice dates use the due date and settlement dates use the period end. If a filter is invalid, its error appears above the controls; correct the value and choose Find.
Go live
A new company follows six steps: Place, Prices, Parking zones, Staff invited, Test car and Go live. Each row opens its form. When the first five are done, slide "Go live". Until then the checklist stays on Home.
