How to use Elite Valet

Parking prices

Choose your company, then Add price. Select the branch, type, currency and amount. Time-based prices can include grace minutes, interval rounding and a cap. Customer-chosen prices can have a minimum. Preview the examples, then save. A rate becomes available to new arrivals during its configured dates (or immediately when no start is set); operator authorization and staff permissions are still required. To change a price, add its replacement and stop offering the old one. Existing visits retain their original rate.

Price sign: open it for a branch, choose the language and print it. It shows only the prices new cars can get now, in plain words, plus the cancellation and re-parking fees if you set them. Print it again after you change a price.

Use the selected branch’s local time. Blank start means immediately; blank end means no end date. The end time is excluded. A different price name can remain available alongside this one.

Each price shows whether it is available now, starts later, has ended, or was stopped. A future price can be stopped before it starts.

The cap uses 24 accumulated billable hours after the arrival grace period. Retrieval waiting time is excluded. Zero means free; blank means no cap.

Prices are saved with each visit at arrival. New prices and disabled prices never rewrite existing visits.

VIP parking

One QR code for everyone; VIP is a choice with its own price. To offer it at a place: add a price and set Level to VIP (one VIP price per place, same currency as the standard price). Then, in the VIP panel of that place, turn VIP on, tap the VIP spots, set how many VIP cars fit (it starts at the number of VIP spots) and write the one-line benefit in each language. Branch ready? shows a VIP line until this is complete. Whoever may set prices may set VIP.

Customers choose Standard or VIP on the arrival code; the valet sees the choice already picked. When VIP is full, the car is received as Standard and the reason is saved. VIP cars get VIP spots first and come first in Requests. A supervisor may park a VIP car in a normal spot only with a reason when no VIP spot is free. A parked Standard car can become VIP from the app or the guest page; a valet gets a "Move to VIP spot" task and taps Moved. The customer can undo VIP until the car is moved.

Fair price: if the VIP price the customer saw is different from the real price, the car card shows the real price and a free "Switch to Standard" until the car is parked. A car that changes level pays each part at its own price (a fixed price is topped up, a time price is split by time). Cash, card, refunds, receipts and reports show the VIP part. Rewards count only the standard part unless Settings > Rewards on VIP is on.

Find records

Use Search to find a name or reference in the permitted list. Choose Show to narrow the results; Dates adds an optional date range. Find searches all results before pagination. Clear filters restores the list while keeping the selected company and existing page controls. Search does not search private message or review text. The normal service priority remains unchanged. Date ranges use the platform display time; invoice dates use the due date and settlement dates use the period end. If a filter is invalid, its error appears above the controls; correct the value and choose Find.
