About these terms
These terms apply to valets, supervisors, cashiers and other staff who use the Elite Valet Staff app or the dashboard for a valet company. By tapping "I agree" you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who you work for
You are employed or contracted by the valet company that invited you, not by Elite Valet. Elite Valet provides software only. Your pay, hours, duties, training, licence, insurance, conduct rules and any dispute about your work are between you and the valet company.
Your responsibility to the company
You are responsible to the valet company for the cars and keys you receive, for driving safely and lawfully, for items you bring from a car and for the cash you collect and hand over. Follow the valet company's rules and the law. Record key handovers, cash and incidents honestly and when they happen.
Driving and licences
Drive only if you hold a valid driving licence and the valet company allows you to drive. Elite Valet does not check licences and does not decide who may drive.
Account, PIN and codes
Keep your password, app PIN and codes private. Never let anyone else use your account. Lock the app or sign out on a shared phone. Tell your manager at once if your phone or account is lost.
Records, photos and location
The app records your actions (for example key handovers, cash, photos and messages) for the valet company. While you drive a customer's car, the app may share your phone's location with the valet company and the customer, as the privacy policy explains. Photos are records only, not an inspection or an admission of fault.
Customer information
Use customer details only to provide the valet service. Do not copy, share or keep them for any other reason. Be polite and respectful in chat.
The app
The app is provided "as is" and may stop working because of outages, phone problems or internet loss. Notifications may arrive late or not at all. When the app does not work, follow the valet company's paper or offline procedure.
Elite Valet's responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Valet is not responsible for your employment or contract, for accidents, damage, theft, fines or cash shortages, or for any dispute between you and the valet company or its customers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under employment law or any other law that cannot be waived.
Changes, governing law and contact
Elite Valet may change these terms; the app asks you to accept a new version before you continue. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the laws that apply where you work, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Questions about your work: ask your manager at the valet company.
