Your valet ticket
Scan the QR from the valet to open your ticket. No account is needed. Tap Bring my car when you are ready; it counts only when the service confirms it. Before a valet accepts, cancelling is immediate; after that, staff confirm the cancellation. Show the separate pickup code only when you collect your car. After the car is returned, tap Got my car. Keep your ticket private: anyone with it can see this visit. The page updates itself while open. If the connection is lost, ask the staff on site. Your plate, the car status and the amount to pay are at the top of the ticket. The small icons under the ticket open Refresh, Item, Messages, Photos and Updates. The dot next to the title is green while the ticket updates itself; if it is grey, tap Refresh.
To call the venue, tap its phone number on your ticket. It appears only when the venue has added one.
The guest web ticket shows a short notice: using the ticket means you agree to the terms; the company named on the ticket provides the service. Receipts say the same. A small ⓘ next to asking for the car, the pickup code, card payment and chat opens a short notice. Printed claim slips name the company too.
Save my ticket
Keep your ticket offline: on your ticket, tap Save my ticket. A copy with your car, the parking place and the pickup code stays in this browser only. If the connection drops, open the same ticket link or Open saved ticket and show it to the valet. The copy is removed when your car is returned or the visit ends, or when you tap Remove saved copy. Do not save it on a shared phone.
Your car is moving now.
While a valet drives your car, the ticket shows that it is moving, roughly how far it is from the pickup point and a link to see it on a map. It updates every ten seconds while the page is open; nothing needs to be reloaded.
Messages
Open Messages from your ticket to read the latest messages or send one while the visit is open. New replies appear by themselves every ten seconds while the page is open and online; they pause while you write a report. Use Older messages to read earlier pages; Refresh status returns to the latest messages. A message counts as sent only when the page shows it as sent. Messages never create car or item requests. Staff replies stay visible after your car is returned, but new messages are stopped. Keep the original ticket private. Expired or cancelled tickets lose access. When the connection is down, ask staff; messages are not saved to send later.
Send a private abuse report to the platform owner. Reporting does not hide the message or request your car.
Bring an item
Tap the picture of the item you need. Writing where it is is optional, except for Other item. Cancellation reasons are saved. When an accepted task needs cancellation, an alert is queued for the assigned valet; this is not proof that they received it. Open Bring an item from your guest ticket, choose an item and add its location. Other item requires a description. Only one item task can be active per visit, with no extra fee. Refresh to see saved updates; refreshing never sends a request. Before staff acceptance, cancellation is immediate. After acceptance staff must acknowledge cancellation. When staff mark delivery complete, confirm that you received it. Disabling the service stops new requests but preserves existing tasks and history. Keep the page open and ask on-site staff during outages. Expired or revoked tickets cannot act. In the customer app it takes 2 taps: Item, then the picture. Other or Add details opens a text box with a Send button.
Vehicle photos
Open Vehicle photos from your ticket to see the condition photos staff took of your car. You only see the photos of your own visit. If something looks wrong, tell the staff or use Service help.
Visit updates
Visit updates shows important messages the valet company shares about your visit. Refresh the page to check for new ones. If you have a question, use Service help.
Pay by card
If the company offers card payment, tap Pay by card on your ticket. A secure Stripe page opens. When you finish, a page tells you if the payment worked. If it says we are still checking, wait a minute and do not pay twice.
Check your cash payment
If you paid in cash, open Check your cash payment from your ticket. You see the amount staff recorded and who took it. If the company allows it, confirm the amount or tell us what you really paid. A manager reviews every report. Your car is always returned normally.
Receipt
After your visit is finished and fully paid, open Receipt from your ticket. If the company gives receipts only when asked, tap Get receipt. You can print it or save it from your browser.
Service help
Contact the company about your visit, even after it ends. To get your car, use the visit controls.
Tap what happened: Damage, Lost item, Waited too long, Payment or Other. It fills the short title, which you can change. Open a visit and choose Service help. Pick the company, write a short title and explain the problem. There is one open case per visit and company, so replies stay together. The case stays available after your car is returned. Company managers can reply and record a resolution. You can reopen a resolved case or ask the platform owner to review it; after that only the owner can resolve it. Every message stays in the private history. Service help does not request your car or change a payment. A guest ticket loses access when it expires. On a case, tap Reply, Solved, Reopen or Ask owner, then write your message. If a case cannot be saved, your message and selected action stay on the form so you can retry.
Service complaints go to the selected company. Ask the owner to review an unresolved case. App or platform complaints go directly to the owner; no visit is needed. Cases are private and keep every reply. Choose a visit to report a service problem. This does not change a car request, payment or public review.
The Complaints menu badge, dashboard and notification bell show your open cases. Managers see only their permitted companies and branches; the owner’s count shows cases sent for owner review. Counts remain until resolution, including after opening or replying; they are not unread-message counts. Phone updates follow your notification preferences.
Messages, Complaints, Website messages, Reviews and Send notifications are grouped under Messages & feedback. Each page keeps its own permissions and counts. Car and task alerts stay in Operations.
Find records
Use Search to find a name or reference in the permitted list. Choose Show to narrow the results; Dates adds an optional date range. Find searches all results before pagination. Clear filters restores the list while keeping the selected company and existing page controls. Search does not search private message or review text. The normal service priority remains unchanged. Date ranges use the platform display time; invoice dates use the due date and settlement dates use the period end. If a filter is invalid, its error appears above the controls; correct the value and choose Find.
