How to use Elite Valet

Understand your dashboard Hold the mouse over any menu item or button to see in a few words what it does; the same short line sits under each page title.

Today

Today shows the state in tiles: cars waiting, on the way, parked, the average wait (with the last 7 days), who is on shift and the cash taken. Below are the car requests (All first, then Waiting, On the way, At the door), with Accept or Assign on each car; press j and k to move between cars and Enter to open one. Beside them: what needs you, the team on shift (driving, on shift or not seen lately; the others with a shift today fold under Others today), and the key cabinet, which shows only the keys asked for or with a valet; open All keys to see every key per place. Arrivals by hour shows the last 12 hours, with arrived, returned and yesterday under it. Branch ready? is one folded row: it shows how many checks are ready and opens to show what each place still needs, with one Fix button each. Folded rows stay open or closed for you on every computer. Each job sees its own Today: a valet sees the car they have now and their shift; a cashier sees the cash they hold and the cars to pay; a venue manager sees the service numbers and the latest complaint and review; the platform owner sees the companies, live places and cars today.

The page shows information based on your account and assigned locations. Your company’s settings control which options are available.

The menu shows the pages available to your account. Customers see their visits, messages and reviews. Staff and management tools appear only when you have the required access. If access changes, refresh the dashboard.

At the top of the overview: Waiting for you lists things a person must handle, each with a link (for example driving licenses that expire within 30 days, for people who manage staff). The money card shows one day for each company whose money you may see: sales, cash and card taken, refunds, rewards given, expenses, net after expenses, this month so far, cash still with staff and money owed now. It shows today; pick another day in Show day to look back, and tap a figure to open the Reports page for that day. Customer birthdays this week appears for people who manage rewards, with the customers who have not added a birthday yet. Open website messages counts new Contact page submissions. Open the row to review them in Website enquiries; this is separate from Messages, which contains customer–staff chats about cars and visits. Requests shows urgent requests first, then the longest waiting. Short labels below the dashboard headings explain each section. A small Demo badge appears only in a demonstration session in local or test mode. Customer and guest messages alert the valet responsible for the car, valets with active tasks, and supervisors or managers permitted for that branch. Staff replies alert the customer; company supervisors can read the shared history. Alerts stop when staff lose the required permission or current responsibility. The platform owner receives reported messages in Message reports, not ordinary staff chat alerts. Full company chat requires opening that custody company with a recorded reason and temporary access. Conversations belong to visits; there is no separate message assignee.

Tap a figure tile to open the list behind its number (waiting cars, parked cars, cash, the service summary). Point at a small chart, or tap it on a phone, to see the exact number and its day; on the growth chart, tap a name in the legend to hide or show that line, and tap a company's day bar to open that day's service summary. The globe button at the top opens the public website in a new tab (on a phone it is in your account menu).

The day card also shows three big numbers: cars that came in that day, cars given back that day, and cars still here now. Tap the last number to see those cars.

The dashboard counts saved visits: cars with us, unaccepted requests, ready cars and completed returns. Use the cars and requests sections to inspect your permitted work.

Platform Home

When you see "All companies", Home shows your whole platform: the companies, their cars today, Elite Gold members and your income this month. The top line says if every service works. Tap a company to see its own Today; tap "All companies" at the top of that page, or Home, to come back. The gear on a row opens that company's settings.

Green dot: all good. Orange dot "Quiet": no car for 3 days, the company may leave, so call them. Red dot "Problem": a late plan payment or cars waiting more than 20 minutes. Test companies carry a "Test" tag and are not in any total.

App stores: downloads, ratings and the latest reviews of the customer and staff apps. They are read once a day. "Waiting for store access" means the store has not given access yet. Figures update every minute; nothing here changes data.

Apps

Apps shows who uses the customer and staff apps, split Android and iPhone: people active today, in 7 and 30 days, new people, how many use the latest version, and what the stores say. Tap a number or a chart to see more; hover or tap a chart to read the exact value.

Platform, Apps has filters (dates, app, phone, version, company, country) and four parts: Use (people each day, new and returning, how many come back, busiest hours), Phones (versions, phone models, systems, languages, countries), Health (sign-ins that failed, alerts and location allowed or blocked) and Stores (installs, ratings, reviews with a link to reply). Download CSV saves the daily numbers.

The apps send only their version, the phone type and system, the language and whether alerts and location are allowed. No location, no IP address and no outside tracking is kept. The header phone button shows the same in short.

Cars

Cars shows every car here now as a ticket per parking zone: plate, status, spot, time here and the key number. Choose List for a table. Search by plate, key tag, spot or reference. Tap a car to see it on the right without leaving the page. The car page shows the plate, a step bar (Received, Parked, Requested, Returned), the one main action, small buttons for messages, photos, problems and corrections, then Where, Keys, Photos, Payment and Timeline.

Team on shift

Team on shift shows everyone working now, each with one coloured state: Driving (blue, with the car), At the stand (green, a car waits at the door for its guest), Free (grey), No signal (amber, with the minutes since their staff app last reached the server) and On break (grey). The tiles at the top count each state. The car number on each row is how many cars the person parked or brought back today. Click a person to call or message them on WhatsApp (only when a number with the country code is saved and you may run the team) and to see their cars today. People whose shift ended fold under "Off now"; people who start later fold under "Later today". After a full day without a signal it shows the day instead (for example "No signal since 30 Oct"). A shift still open more than 16 hours after check-in shows an amber "Shift still open" chip; people who may close shifts can click it to close it on the Team page. People who run the team also get big buttons in the sheet: Move to… (another place of the company now; the person gets a notice), Close shift (when the shift was left open, with a reason), Open profile, and Add WhatsApp number when none is saved (with the country code; Call and Message then appear).

Keyboard shortcuts

Press Ctrl K to find any page, car or person. Other keys: g t Today, g c Cars, j and k to move in a list, Enter to open, Esc to close, [ to make the menu narrow, ? for the full list.

Branch ready?

Branch ready? shows each branch with the things staff need before they can receive cars: a price that is on now, the operator agreement, at least one staff member, a shift today, the release-phone holder for internet outages, an exchange rate for every price currency and, when car photos are required, working photo storage. A green tick means done. A red cross means it still needs doing: tap Fix to open the page that solves it. If you cannot open that page, ask your manager. Closed branches are not listed. The list only reads; it never changes anything.

Long stay

A car that is still here after the number of days set in Company settings (3 days unless changed) shows an amber "Long stay" badge in the car list and in the staff app. Supervisors open the car, choose how they tried to reach the customer (call, message or in person) and the result, then tap Save try. Each try is saved in the visit history with the name and time. Nothing is closed automatically: give the car back or use End visit as usual.

Requests

Requests lists car and item requests that are waiting for a valet, oldest first. Valets and supervisors see this list first, under "Today". Each card shows the plate, a coloured status and how many minutes the customer has waited. A valet taps the red Accept button; a supervisor taps Give to valet and then the valet's name. Urgent requests have a red Urgent mark. Choose "Done today" to see the requests finished today, newest first. The page updates itself every 30 seconds, but waits while you are typing or have a form open.

Find records

Use Search to find a name or reference in the permitted list. Choose Show to narrow the results; Dates adds an optional date range. Find searches all results before pagination. Clear filters restores the list while keeping the selected company and existing page controls. Search does not search private message or review text. The normal service priority remains unchanged. Date ranges use the platform display time; invoice dates use the due date and settlement dates use the period end. If a filter is invalid, its error appears above the controls; correct the value and choose Find.
